Black Belt is the highest Lean Six Sigma level that can be achieved. With this certification, you become the Lean and Six Sigma standard-bearer in your organisation. This ten-day training course will teach you all ins and outs of Lean and Six Sigma so you will become a Lean Six Sigma expert.

Contents of this Black Belt training
During this 10-day training course, you will learn everything there is to know about Lean Management and Six Sigma. We teach you about all the tools from the Lean Six Sigma toolbox and you actively work with them. This training has been compiled according to the ‘Body of Knowledge’ of the ASQ (American Society for Quality). Who is Lean Black Belt training aimed at?
DBlack Belt training is aimed at people who intend to act as Lean Six Sigma experts within organisations. You will arrange Lean Six Sigma programmes, support Green Belts in their execution of projects and be a brainstorming partner to management when it comes to new improvement projects.How long does this Six Sigma training take?

CSSC- and LCS-accredited training courses
Training courses presented by Lean Six Sigma Group are accredited by the CSSC (The Council for Six Sigma Certification) and the LCS (Lean Competency System). This means that our training courses comply with international Lean training standards.
Instructors and Lean Six Sigma theory and practical certification
Only experienced Master Black Belts present our Black Belt training courses. They are capable of guiding you through the sometimes tough Lean and Six Sigma material. Our instructors conduct their own Lean Six Sigma programmes and can draw from practical experience. Black Belt training is concluded with a theory examination as standard. This examination consists of a combination of multiple-choice and open questions. Once you have successfully completed this examination, you will receive your Black Belt theory certificate. If desired, you can also earn practical certification. To do this, you will carry out a Lean Six Sigma project, under supervision if necessary.
