Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is the sequel to Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training. During this 6-day training, you learn even more about Lean Six Sigma so that you are able to guide Yellow Belts and even manage Lean Six Sigma projects independently.

Who is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training suited to?

This training is suited to anyone who would like to apply the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in practice and use them to track down, analyse and reduce problems within processes. It is also ideal for people who aim to independently manage Lean Six Sigma projects.

What can I expect?

Over six (3 x 2) days, you are taught how to use all the Lean Six Sigma tools, after which you then independently apply them in practice. The training programme has been compiled according to the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) principle. Much attention is also paid to the application of all the tools through the use of practical simulations. Homework assignments are issued for completion between block times, and are handled during subsequent classes.

A theory examination takes place after the training. Once you have passed this examination, you will receive an official Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate that is accredited by IASSC, a globally-recognised institute.
